Is anyone familiar with TFT annealing relative to its potential market for DUV lasers (hopefully some of Cymer's)? These [DUV] lasers ... will be integrated into systems ... for thin-film transistor (TFT) annealing in the production of active-matrix liquid crystal displays (AMLCDs). Sounds like a new application for DUV lasers. Good find, BillyG. Am sending a copy to R. Akins. Tulvio

This was in Yahoo news about Lambda Physik. Competition will make a stronger production and mind set I believe.
