Not only that - the Clintons claim Arkansas as their residence for tax purposes so they don't have to pay ANY DC income taxes! They don't own a residence in Arkansas either. Try getting away with THAT! Get real. When George Bush was president, he claimed a hotel room in Texas as his legal residence, though the only home he actually owned was in Maine.
