Jeff, all these guys scrambling to set up a consortium to compete with RMBS, kinda makes you wonder, huh.....

Interesting...Some of us got flamed because of trying to interpret the WSJ article from the semi manufacturer in Taiwan (I believe), we were not sure if this represents competition or a RMBS licensee...Not saying that semi manu is competition, but if they are not competition, then we are missing some news about a new consortium developing a rival chip.....It would be interesting to revisit this article or dig deeper for news on this new consortium...

Either way, we are down, bought 275 at $44.4375...Long RMBS!!!

I bought this stock two days ago because the general concensus was that earnings would be positive to in-line with expectations. I didn't know it was an H & Q issue when I did. If you have level II you would see that HQ has been leaning on the stock all the way down. They could be disguised buyers but look more like sellers. Why don't you call your broker and inquire why his firm appears to be the most agressive negative influence in the stock.
