Bruce, what's wrong with closing down the centers and taking the write-off? It seems to me that this is better than continuing to lose money.

Bruce... I've owned this stock for sometime and like you feel that Heartscan is a lost cause. Is there anything we can do as stockholders at the next meeting? If we were to get a majority of stockholders to sign a petition or something, could this force them to close these centers?

If they could sell the business that would be ok, but even if they closed the operation down and sold the scanners would be better than continually losing money and our faith in this company.
