Agreed. NVAL is not ready yet. I support your conclusion that NVAL needs to drop between 6.25 & 6.5 to pick up more support. It just dosen't seem to have the thrust at it's current levels, in fact it really seems like it's just hanging on to it's price:

It seems like NVAL needs reassurance, for that to happen it must sink to test it's last breakout on the week of Mar 30th, dropping and staying above 6.25 means that it has successfully swallowed the breakout and is poised to be rewarded with upward momentum.

I want in on NVAL but I'm going to wait it out. There are many better plays out on the 13's right now.
