When I spoke to CVIA yesterday, I asked about who the WOTD players were. Apparently they have "industry pros" working for them. One is an ex-Unical Regional District Mgr who knows the wholesale oil and lubricant business and another is a 20-yr veteran of the wholesale tire business. I didn't get any names other than Pat Charles, who we knew about. He is spear-heading the financing. Was told the wholesale oil business has a smaller profit margin but very high volumes and represents a good steady income stream. At this point, I'm holding and may even avg down after the reverse and the expected downdrift. We'll see. I still want to see an 8K with details of the merger and a summary of their business plan. (Hope I don't sound like a broken record, but I know those guys are reading this thread)
