This is directed to the blooming idiots at CVIA/WOTD! Sit down and put a pen a paper to the numbers one more time!!!!! This time do it sober!!!! Even if CVIA were to close without the presplit and just the merger frenzy would have increased your company's value more than 100%!! CVIA/WOTD would be closing today in the .03/.04. You just screwed yourself and your loyal shareholders out of $200,000 to $300,000, if not more. You could have used that money in a nice little acquisition. STUPID!!!!!!!!!!!! STUPID!!!!! WOTD, you'll be cursed from the get go, because you have not instilled any confidence in anyone. What comes around goes around!!! I'm a firm believer in it!!! WOTD would have been much better off jump starting themselves than getting talked into this scenario. Everyone, Everyone, including myself have been really stupid and I'm not just talking about shareholders. Jack take another valum, another shot of Tequila and rethink this one real hard. Issue a typo release, something, because it makes no sense what so ever. I'm not so concerned about my investment, because it was a mere 1500 dollars. I thought long and hard about every possible scenario and even spoke to you (Jack) today, but you and WOTD are going to be the laughing stock of the market. I also am going to take legal and have already spoken to numerous attorneys today who are willing to take this on for no fee and just a percentage of the lawsuit.
