This seems like one of the best situations available in the market today. As long as QWST doesn't fall below $27. (it's now at 38 7/16), you are guaranteed to receive a position worth AT LEAST $42. at some time within the next 4 1/2 months, which is 7.7% above the present price. If QWST goes above 39 1/2, the per share valuation will be more than $42. It seems to me that the only downside is that the merger might not be completed. Is there any appreciable risk that the merger will fall apart?
