Robert, Where did you get the 38 7/16 number? QWST closed at 31 9/16. Since the conversion ratio A/O tonight is 1.1661 it appears that based on today's numbers each LCI share will result in a value of $36.46. The only way I can figure that anyone will see $42.00 is if after the conversion QWST moves higher. I could be wrong because I can't find anyone that doesn't think there was some type of guaranteed $42.00 offer. I think the $42.00 was based on something that hasn't happened. Sign me, Confused
