I hope this is a blow-out sign.

This brings up something I've been thinking about: assuming AAPL beats expectations today by a decent margin, how long will the rise last?

Reason I ask is that I remember being surprised in January that the price didn't rise faster after the preannouncement. It took a long time to get to the $20s.

I'm also wondering if options expiration will affect a rise. If MMs are involved on the put side, might they keep prices low till they expire, then let it rise next week?

Phil, where are you to comment on today's trading?

Yeah, where's Phil when we need him?

p.s. Eric: I'll join your Escargot II team if you give me the details. I have a PB3400/200 on a T1 that I can let run most of the time.
