Thanks Rob. My Impressions:
1. As a long term Info Sys professional, I liked what in saw in terms of the products and markets (such as Operating Systems supported, the configuration options, etc.)
2. I think I saw part of the answer for why the shares outstanding did not go down a lot despite the buyback. Now it's fully diluted shares. the fully diluted shares outstanding were 4,194 4,040 and 3,616 for 95, 96 & 97.
3. We will probably see more shares issued due to options exercize.
976,682 outstanding with an average weighted execution price of $7.80. With the quick buck potential there, I was somewhat surprised to see there was this much outstanding. Guess some insiders are pretty confident.
4. Asian sales were 45 in 97 - not a real big exposure.

Overall, thought it was pretty positive, like totay's trading - up 7.23% on no news (other than qtr1 expectations) Scott
