The SI thread is only a tiny influence on this market and is more hip than the general market..after all we are computer literate...and the general market will not respond until a deal is signed imho. So we could even see lower prices until a deal gets done. Then look out above. So I would say that SIR is a buy under .95 and if it gets down towards .70 it becomes a screaming buy. This represents a revision of my buy zone from .45 and reflects the new reality of having the well finished and negotiations underway. This is a play that takes patience but big things take time and coal bed methane plays and especially those with the addition of conventional gas are big plays. I would be quite happy to see the price drift as I might be able to buy some more. There is no reason not to expect success so the challenge is to position yourself to take advantage of it to the maximum of your financial ability. That means buying low and selling high. So if it goes down one can buy, and then, assuming that the basic fundamental assumption that they have the big find is correct, you can sell high and be happy. I still think we can be basking on the beaches of Portugal if we want to later this year and that the latest news release is extremely encouraging. The majors do not waste their time looking at small deals. They have better things to do. So I feel relaxed and happy with this one at this point. And while we wait let us all enjoy ourselves remembering, "Carpe diem, quam mimimum credula postero"(Seize the day, trust least to the future).
