Lou,
I dont find that disturbing at all. But I guess as a cheerleader of this stock I shouldn't, now should I<G>. I also knew last year about this but never thought much of it. Probably because he did not float these shares into the market and because of where that money was actually going. We know that he stands behind his company 100% and is even willing to use his own money when needed. It would be great if more CEO's were this way. Oh well, another day in the life...

LONG AND STRONG!!! GO DCTC!!!!

Bruce

Lou, I had heard mention of this rumor about Joe selling shares a couple of times and was wondering if there was any basis at all to it. The rumor I heard had multiplied the number of shares actually sold by about 4-5 times and had also distorted the intentions and reasons behind the sale so I figured that the source of that rumor might have been from the shorting crowd and personally didn't even give it much thought. Thanks for taking your time to track down the facts and to bring them public so now we all have them. Especially now, at a time when tensions are somewhat high due to the stocks recent performance I think it's important that we bring the true facts out in any rumors that might be circulating about DCI, as well as to consider what their actual source might be. It's is nice of Joe to offer to back file a form 4 on that sale, even though it's not required legally because of the small number of shares and because they were not sold into the general market.

James

What a circus, tonight! Irrelevant questions get
tons of attention--innocent, constructive questioning
often languishes in the dust--I have one for you (I know
you'll answer).

You say Joe is being advised not to post by his lawyers.
I hope that this is due to impending lawsuits being filed
by HIM.

Thanks for clearing up the other. Too much secret stuff
going on around here. We need to keep the dialogs open
whereby potential investors begin to develop more trust
and old ones keep those warm, fuzzy feet!

Elitist tactics set as bad an example as spurious emailers.
