Wes:

In all seriousness, you brought up a very good point. Lets look at a few items that really makes one wonder if Xecom is really a company or just a joke!

1. Why is it that Xecom does not have a web site, and/or an Investor Relation department? It seems the only means Xecom ever communicates with the share holders is via this thread. Surely the company maybe saving a lot of money by not having its own server and web site, but I am sure even a company such as Xecom that supposedly generates at least $2-8 million dollars annually can afford having their own personalized web site! Surely if they can pay $25,000 per month to Evangelist Lanza for his consulting services (per Jack Roger's research), they can afford paying for their own web site, can they not?!

Also if you lookup Financial Internet Group's Silicon investor profile you notice an email ( FIGUSA@aol.com). Well I looked up the member profile for FIGUSA@aol.com on AOL and here is what the profile shows:

Member Name: MARIO LANZA
Location: RANCHO MIRAGE CA
Birthdate: 08/07/76
Sex: Male
Marital Status: Definately SINGLE
Hobbies: Reading, Video Games, art, working out, tae kwon doe, quality time w/ dog.
Computers: Wouldn't you like to know!
Occupation: Public Relations
Personal Quote: When you expect the worst out of life, life will prove you an optimist.

Now you tell me, do you still think this company is a serious business entity, when its supposedly directors, CEO, promoters, etc. all communicate to the share holders via a cheap web site (namely SI) that is registered by someone by the name of Mario Lanza (probably Evangelist's son) whose Marital Status is Definately Single and whose hobbies include having quality time with a dog?!!!

2. Why is it that Xecom (the company) has not yet released its quarter's earnings (the one prior to the last) when most companies have already reported their last quarter's earnings?!! Remember SEE-BS's top 10 reasons as why company delayed its earnings last year?! I think Evangelist Lanza blamed it on the CEO and his wife being ill! This year director Dal is blaming it on the lawyers!

3. Something I never understood, why is it that this company insists on shareholders asking for the delivery of their shares?! Evengelist Lanza used to and continue to say that all the time, director Dal has said it a few times, Suckerfinder keeps saying it, and even the skeptic TJS has also mentioned that!! It is beyond me why a share holder has to ask for the delivery of his/her XECM shares?! Seriously can you imagine if you buy 1500 shares of XECOM (worth about $200 at todays price) and then ask for the certificates be mailed to you? What would happen if you want to invest $10,000 in Xecom. Thats a heck of a lot of XECM certifactes to be mailed to you! What other company do you know that would ask its shares holders to do such a thing?!

4. Jack Rogers is right, how come Xecom never has a share holder meeting?!!! Or perhaps as I reported the share holder meetings will continue to be held in Baghdad Iraq by Saddam Hossein who also happens to be the largest share holder of the company?!!

Seriously doesnt it bother anyone (besides Jack Rogers) why Xecom never holds an annual meeting or sends out annual reports of its operations? Or is it because of the same reason they do not have enough money to have their own web site that they can not afford holding a share holders meeting and/or publish their annual reports?!

In any event, with all due respect, you think about above questions and then honestly tell me if you really can keep a straight face when it comes to thinking of Xecom anything but a reall company?!!

Best Regards,

Addi Jamshidi

I agree that a lot of time can be wasted on this thread. I've been trying to sift out some of the reasonable questions and provide some answers but you are right, there is so much anonymous and/or frivolous attacking and gossiping that it hardly seems worthwhile.

Of course the Company should build a web site. We've been holding off on it because there is another Xecom in northern California (our Xecom is a Nevada corporation). The other Xecom has a web site and also has a trade mark on the name, so we will be considering new names for the this company and when everything is straightened out we can build a proper Internet forum for communication with the shareholders.

Getting back to your posting, I will be talking over this SI thread issue with the other directors and it may well be that we'll take your advice and stay the heck off this thread.

Thanks for your obviously well-considered thoughts on the subject.

It seems Xecom's board of directors listen to you a lot and do take your advise. First you convince Evengelist Lanza not to post anything on this board, and now director Dal is listening to you and is taking your advise to heart (and to the board)! Therefore I was wondering if you would like to apply for a consulting job with Xecom and/or become one of the directors. I know the pay seems to be pretty good and at least in the neighborhood of $25K per month!
