If the merger was done yesterday, where is the news?

I'd really like to know some details.

CVIA thread...........WE HAVE LEGAL REPRESENTATION!!!!!!!!!!!!
So far 2 Law Firms, are interested, and are willing to commit on different terms, havent made it to the 2 afternoon meetings yet.

Will post details later.

Hmmm I just wonder what would stall the Cusip and new ticker.... could not have been the complaints to the SEC and NASD? could it?

Jack you'd better think long and hard over this 300 to 1 issue, and the 50 million shares.... sorry bud we are below a penny and the lawyers are frothing at the mouth over a 100% to 125% price decline less than 48 hours since YOUR news... much less the 92% hit we are taking, not to mention previous Reg S delution you handed us, in Jan.

Jack one last time reconsider, or its going past the point of no return.

KAA

I respectfully disagree with your approach just for the fact that the only people who profit in shareholder liability suits are the lawyers. What a rape this was. I rationalize my feelings that it was a penny stock and things like this happen. But this shouldn't of happened. We made some already rich people much richer and will continue to make them rich in this whole scheming process. I'm holding on just to see where this piece of shit goes. Live and learn. I unfortunately made the mistake of getting in on hype, which I never do. I usually thoroughly research everything to the hilt. But I thought the $1400 or so I invested was worth the risk. $1400 or $200 or $1,000,000 -- they still had no right to do what they did. 300:1 what a joke. I was thinking the most they would do is 100:1 and I thought that would be a lot.
