Hey thanks for the responses. That's what I thought. Unfortunately, seem to be getting different answers from different reps on the phone. So if you are out there, Mr Waterhouse, do you have a firm answer?

Everyone seems to be very happy with service so this may just be a minor glitch in my account.

I thought the commiss would be adjusted automatically at the
end of the day to 12 if the remaining order doesn't get filled.
