From conversations w/the CFO of RADAF, he does
not see major increases in tax rates for the next
few years--estimates a maximum rate of 10% for
the next five years. DSWLF has been profitable longer,
but I don't think rates will rise substantially.

Ron-Some of the buildings that the company leases are rented from the Chinese government.Let us pretend we are the government.Why not raise tax rates to 15%? Will Deswell complain?Where will they go?
The issue is not the present tax code,but rather what changes will be made and when they will be made.
Paul's understanding of the present tax situation is correct(to the best of my knowledge).As long as companies invest in China they will realize a lower tax rate.Will this change? I hope not.
