TO ALL.... This is my first post, but I have been quietly sitting, watching and learning for some time now. I too lost a bit of cash on this one, and I have a few questions. First of all I would like to say that I've appreciated all of your posts. Except for some recently uncharacteristically offensive posts this has been one of the most civil and informative threads I've have watched. I especially appreciate the detective work that KA, Milk , and others have performed, and I'm must say I imagine they should be more upset then most. My only questions now are, if KA you are taking legal action in this case which I believe is completely justified, do I have to hold onto my shares to be a part of whatever suit is filed or is the fact that I was a victimized CVIA shareholder at the time of this crisis enough to warrant my participation in a class action suit. It has been an interesting ride, and I have only myself to blame. GP
