All I really need to know I learned from FAMH Conference Calls: Weekly tidbit of real information: Myriad acquisition is closer than ever. Millionth press release on the topic due tomorrow. No word on whether anyone will be called "brilliant and aggressive." Financials: Date of release dodged, as usual. Weekly "oops, forgot what I was saying" statement: The number of shares out is "45,46" million... in next breath Ira says 47 million.... mentioned that warrants have been issued, did not say how many. Weekly mentions of how "fantastic" Ira is: "You should have your own fan club!"... "You don't allow nonsense get in the way of good business"... apparently Ms. Love has never heard of INTHEFLESH... Weekly "it will happen next week" statement: Ira said FAMH has not submitted financials to ATXI yet. Planned to happen next week. The Huh? statement: Collateralization agreement said to be signed today, though I thought that was said to be signed already, according to the last CC. Had the day off for once. Spent it doing silly things.
