When you make a major discovery you don't let everyone know all the details until everything is finalized.Only those people involved in direct negotiations have access to the data, and only after signing a confidentiality agreement.I would guess that the conventional discoveries are very large or there would not have been direct mention of them in the press release. It might be possible that these discoveries are large enough to pay for the entire project. If that's the case then they are busy signing up buyers for the product, someone to gather and connect to the major pipelines, drillers for both conventional and coal bed source product and if you want to have guaranteed access to your markets you need storage near your markets for when the demand exceeds the pipeline supply. All of this in my opinion will be ready for the next heating season. The news release confirms that the discovery is for real.
Cheers,
