This is a hard one to guage. Since they are restating a larger loss, perhaps some downward pressure. But on the otherhand, gaining nearly 90% control of Interline for "only" $12m looks positive to me. Although, as I read the announcement, it appears to be additional share dilution (another negative). As well, as the addition of another Interline partner.....I'll have to spend more time sorting this out, or just let the market it do it for me tomorrow. Good investing, all. cm
