A point of order Frank... No one "dunned" the Board for a Goddamned thing... they're not very dunnable, outside of the events that evolved from February. If you want to talk your position as a techie - no doubt a number of people would be grateful, but if you're going to talk twaddle - and try and sell it as Gospel. Pal, then find another thread. $500k to reproduce the IMES cell Library! Who do you think you're addressing?! That would - amongst other inane suggestions rank at the bottom end of the logic curve, the third SD, to be exact. As far as endeavoring to justify what is presently being manipulated in Court and out, I'd wait to see just who deals a hand in this little drama before you go overboard dumping on the owners of this show. For the shareholders are the owners - still - and still very much empowered to deal with matters. Wait and see, friend.
