It is .04 after everything is taken out and fully diluted. I am clueless as to the reaction by the street other than I would be absolutely shocked if it was positive. I think we could test the 52 week low of the mid teens in the short term or we could just languish in the low twenties and high teens for awhile. I suppose we can hang out hat on the idea that if there is a company that in reality is looking at buying Bay ,,,,these price levels may be rather tempting?

vepoc...I think you put it well in that the exact number doesn't mean that much, it is what is forecasted. For instance I own Compaq who did the same thing as Bay just yesterday. The analysts looked right through the June quarter and the stock was actually up a little yesterday. You have followed this stock much longer and more closely than have I so your guess for the range would be better than mine but for what it's worth I don't believe it will go below 20, which is 20% from today's price. Steve
