Off Topic: I recommend both Brown & Co and Waterhouse. It's worth it to move, if there are serious problems. The trick is to leave a small amount of cash in the account and move only the stocks. Then you ask for a DTC transfer, which is electronic and fast. When the stocks are gone you can remove the cash. If you do this as a partial transfer, which it is if you only move the stocks, you can get it done more quickly than if you move the whole account. Linda
