Oh yes I do. They may not always like it when I call. But I do anyway. My impression is they try their best to answer my questions.

But, the general tenor of your post I agree with. If you have questions, call the company and ask them; then bitch if you don't like the answers. Don't just follow the leads showing up on this thread. People post here for all kinds of reasons, many having nothing to do with a genuine interest Xecom.
