Of religious nuts and culture etc. Michael: Though I can follow the logic, much of this culture is lost upon me due to my ignorance.. Hope you can get a glimpse of the cultural stuff here or we call always call upon Worswick's expertise as I consider him the resident cultural czar. Sounds like the religious conservatives of India are as clever and obsessive as their Western Christian counterparts of which I am somewhat more familiar. You are right, Hindu fundamentalists seem as idiotic,nutty,nuerotic and irrational as their Christian and Muslim counterparts. Question: As the internet shrinks the world, will it be occasioned by cultural e-wars ? Certainly no one culture will "own" the net or dominate it in due time. I am sure of the cultural e-wars,but certainly sounds better than mutual and assured nuclear annihilation,if nothing e-wars should help improve ones language skills.<gg>
