All, as a long term holder of FTEL I believe we are feeling the same way. Unhappy, tired, disgruntled, and just plain disgusted with the wait.

I was thinking about WHY would a company, that by everyone account seems to be going full steam ahead, seemingly have NOTHING to say. They are NOT in any quite period that I know about so what are they doing?

Here is an opinion, FWIW, I believe that Frank IS going full speed on a plan. I think he has a "partner" who is very slowly and patiently buying shares. Since this person or company IS going to be a large shareholder Frank is NOT going to do anything that would HURT them in gathering Stock CHEAP.

Now his Fiduciary responsibility keeps him from doing ANYTHING to harm other shareholders (US). But NOT saying something is probably legal, kind of a TIMING thing. I believe that Frank has the attitude that he doesn't owe "shortimers" ie Shorts, Flippers, etc anything. I believe that he feels that IF a shareholder sticks with FTEL they will be rewarded in spades. IF, however, they cut and run, they won't.

Remember he and the FTEL staff are working their asses off and so I doubt they worry too much about a short term investor.

Needless to say the above could be Fantasy but I believe it is the only explanation that fills all of the squares. I have NO idea who the "Partner" may be but suspect one in particular.

In closing we are in the pits with FTEL it may go further down BUT usually, in my experience, this is where companies tend to turn around from. I guess we'll see. But I'm sticking around for the ride either way.

Regards to all,

Bob
