Bob I can relate.ggg
One thought however, if someone is quietly accumulating based on their pending contract with Franklin than they, if caught, would be trading on insider information. In the real world insider trading happens. I think personally that accumulation is happening but not based on Frank or another company withholding contracts to allow them to accumulate. Too much to lose, not enough to gain.

This is not to say that Franklin is not withholding news. We all hope that is the case. That sure is the tone and attitude coming from WLV. But the reasons are probably more for strategic reasons. It very well could be the wishes of a potential equity partner to please hold news for whatever their reasons may be. I just doubt that the 2 parties would coordinate news releases for the purpose of filling their baskets with shares.

Just my thoughts
