You are asking the right questions, Chucky. That tells me you're level headed. The repurchase of stock would show up in two places: 1) the lower shares o/s number at the bottom of the income statement and, 2) the cash flows from financing section, line item "purchases of common stock", in the cash flows statement.

In the 10K filed on 3/31/98, you'll see that IOM bought $1.7 MM worth of stock in 1997. I'm betting that they bought a lot of stock in Q1 98 too. We won't have the cash flow statement until we get the 10Q in May, so all we have to rely on is the o/s shares number we got from the press release yesterday.
