RE:Intel's new Pentium II (Deschutes) with speeds of 333, 350, 400 (and soon, 450 MHz) are built on the 0.25 micron process.

Also, Celeron is manufactured on 0.25. Is this correct? Will Mendocino be manufactured on a 0.18 process?

I thought that you may have mentioned here that D1B Might be using the .25 process on some chips for Intel? Also, that Fab 18 in Isreal might be kicking in around the same time as 14? I have no idea, but was wondering?
