His accusers have either laid out the evidence or the evidence has been widely reported. It seems fairly convincing to me on a civil or criminal standard that Bubba has lied, perjured himself, suborned perjury and obstructed justice, etc. etc. It hasn't been formally decided in a Court of law for the most part due to the lie and deny strategy, stonewalling and various privileges which have been asserted by Clinton's White House. I'm no apologist for the man but I have too much respect for his position and the Constitution to tolerate much more of this witch hunt. I think the "witch hunt" would end much more quickly if the Clintons would not exert all types of privileges designed to stall the process.
