In my opinion WOTD made the same mistake that a lot of Co.s make and that is under-estimating their shareholders intelligence. This and the shareholders ability now to communicate with each other so rapidly only tells me this Co. and many other will have to re-think many of their plans. This thread is just like having a constant shareholders meeting. The sooner Co.s realize that the better off they will be. My congrats to KAA and others if it is indeed you who have prompted this about face by cvia/wotd. Wayne J keep the words coming (just my opinion).

Bruised yes, but not maimed...

IMO, some folks will still come out on the short end of the stick on this one. Any package that is worked out will also benefit the traders getting in yesterday and today at under .01. Those who were long and sold on this news, won't get squat unless they get back in (at higher prices than they sold). I really curious to see how the "compensate" the long term stockholders.

Just having finished my taxes, this short term trading is a pain in the a** with that Wash Rule that no one can fully and truly understand.

Anyways, with Fed taxes and Property taxes due in April, it tough to find a few nickels to avg down.

I just hope they don't wait til Apr 30th to release their plans. To me, that would just be buying time, enticing us to hold the price up a bit longer and putting the true risk on us.

Hey Jack,
As a sign of faith, WOTD should put out a PR introducing themselves, admitting their oversight, and mentioning they are working on a "recovery plan". Not every stockholder reads or participates on SI. There are other forums on AOL, Yahoo, and Raging Bull (the ones I'm aware of). This info needs to go out to ALL of them, not just the ones who call and ask.

After re-reading the April 7, press release I got a sour chuckle after finding this statement...

Corporate Vision, Inc. Interim CEO Jack Arnold spoke on this issue and other merger developments, ''CVIA's unusually strong trading levels in March enabled us to convert these debentures in a remarkably short period of time. The completion of this conversion process indicates strong shareholder interest and confidence in our growth-through-acquisition strategy. We expect to see more normal trading patterns for Corporate Vision's stock from this point forward.''

Another post from the "other" thread Texas Po Boy is checking in and still holding his shares.

KAA

I don't know if y'all remember me from SI, but I was TexasSlim AKA East Texas Po' Boy on the ADGI and CVIA boards.. Good to see you again.. Please do me a favor and do a "lurker post" for me and make reference to my raging bull posts.. on the CVIA SI thread.. I really wanted to stay on SI, but the $125 was a little steep at the time, amybe a little later, after I realize some profits from WOTD <VBG>.. Thanx again for all the support you have given the fellow shareholders.. The nick's for sale.. Say 5,000 shares of CVIA??!! <lol> God bless ya bud.. :)
