Gold/Mining/Energy : Dayton Mining (DAY) on TSE & AMEX -- Ignore unavailable to you. Want to Upgrade?

James, Speaking of Bre-X, Dr. Meade, he will no doubt deny this, was on the wrong side of that bad dream as well. While my warnings about Bre-X fell on deaf ears, Dr. Meade and his dream believers were hard at it, pushing their "yes there is gold at Busang theory," but we know the end result.

Having reviewed the MDIN vs DAY controversy, one would be wise to put their money on Dayton.

PS The belief that a Clinton visit to Chile will be beneficial to MDIN is a laughable and incredibly naive expectation.

I Spoke With Dayton.

They will be issuing a news release but I couldn't get them to cough
up much more than that. They are a little more evasive than I would
like these DAYs,which tells me there maybe something in the works.I
haven't traded this one since my last accumulation and hold now.The
spread on the TSE is quite narrow and the majority of trades are from
big buyers/sellers.Go figure.

Jim:Please realize your new position in this stock(and sector)does
not necessarily reflect the majority. Some are investors, not traders or
gamblers as such and have had a rough ride of it.Step back and observe
from where they post.Other than that, your outlook reflects my own and
I enjoy your posts here. Also, welcome to the GPM thread.Great!Ain't it?

Andy:I agree with most of what you say.Very honest evaluation, but the
majority of the negativism is actually performance related, not
the Minorca activity as such.IMHO.Will you stick around?

Sergio:I agree with your evaluation from your perspective.Minorca
pulled the rug out from under many DAY shareholders though.
It was a done deal that we HAD to accept. That's what hurt.
Thanks for your evaluation. We may see further dev. soon?

Pierre:Don't hold your breath for that 3.00 C$.There are better co's
that will appreciate much quicker than DAY in the event of
a good move up in Gold.Unless,of course,DAY wishes to provide
ONE single piece of GOOD NEWS to its SHs.They have nothing but
bad news so far my friend. Then again,I'm sure the amount and
accuracy of information is directly proportional to the size
of your position and contacts,eh?

NPEC/MDIN folks:The news releases I read were pretty wild and the
disclaimers at the end almost shadowed the content.
Personally,I would be very careful here.JMHO.OK?
I know no more than you folks, and likely even less.
Watch for a Dayton news release.Thats all I can say.
Till clarification is issued without prejudice?

PS:Invited dialogue some time ago on the NPEC thread. Was brushed
off pretty well.May I offer the same respect now?Thank You.

Jeff Shaw:Did you make it to God's Country yet?

Annamaria:You still around?

Anyone:Do you have the Cana cord report and if so could you post it?

Have a great weekend all!!
