Maybe. Have you considered that possibly one of the reasons Dell is building new facilities may be specifically to take aim at the high-end business of those competitors? Did you read the statement Michael made about his intentions in that area?

BTW, regarding DELL's debt offering: Based on your arguments, I would assume that you carry no mortgage on any property. As for myself, although I could pay off my 7% mortgage, I believe that the funds required to do so are much better engaged elsewhere (in DELL stocks and LEAPs for example). Of course, I'm not a billion dollar corporation, either, so the economic comparison may not be valid.
