Deliveryman: it seems that you know a lot about this company. Zacks does not follow this company, and only Baseline has some profile on it, but it doesn't even have the forward projection of EPS for the next fiscal. This seems weird. Just according to the very limited financial info. available, it seems that their financial situation is not good. Perhaps they will even start to loss money from next fiscal. This sure looks bad compared with its last few fiscal. I think most of the people who bought this stock don't know much about this company because there is hardly anything available there. Somehow, I feel more comfortable to own short rather than long of this stock.

Another thing I don't understand is that this stock only has 900,000 shares of float, how can it be traded over 4+ million shares a day? The CEO -- Kives -- owns 71.9% of the common shares, and all 6 officers own 77.7% of shares of common. Is it possible that they sold some? I only found out one insider sell in Feb. and it was only 16,000 shares at a little bit over $7.

By the way, Baseline shows that their earnings will be due out around May 19.

Good luck.
