Spring Ltd (Isle of Man) is wanting to take over CLPZF (At least that is my understanding). They want to raise 20 million and completely redo kabwe and sacalco (in South africa) pay off all debts and move forward with the original project. The potential at kabwe is every bit as lucrative as it was originally promoted. It will just take expertise in metallurgy and capital to make the necessary modifications. There are plenty of people down there that are owed money so any new owner or partners would have to propose a plan that takes care of the numerous creditors. A while back I "retired" from the Vantage Enterprises thread because of potential for conflict of interest in sharing my views which some had suggested contained material and nonpublic information. I must now also "retire" from this thread given the nature of clpzf developments and the desire not to impact (either positively or negatively) any potential deal between colossal and its suitors.
