Mang: As long as you don't tell me that your prognosis was based purely on charts I can give you my wholehearted congratulations on your personal perspicuity! :-) (But did you really believe that it would touch $24 on the day after those earnings?). Do you think the shorts are now fully covered and that Monday will see the traditional reversal that follows most option expiry Fridays? Indeed, has anybody looked at the short picture prior to earnings?

For a time Bay reach the price you exited from it more than 14 months ago, I bet you were tempted. Coincidentally it also reached the price House paid for his 100,000 about 16 months ago. I bet he wishes he could trade in and out like the rest of us.

I would be very happy to follow your advice to sell at $28 and buy again at $24 if you can guarantee it :-). The only danger to selling now is that the inevitable takover might happen when you are out.

What are the LEAPS looking like - I ask because you used to be an afficiando of BAY LEAPS.

I must concede that in essence your recent comments on BAY have been very accurate and I hope that you do "do something" next week so that we can enjoy your frequent postings again.

(By the way how many Canadians are on this thread).
