Gary and Charger,
What do you both think about this Reg S shares / $1,500,000 cash inflow? Why would they sell shares at .30 and bring down the price of our shares. Then give a 3 year standing ability to purchase more at .65 share. That would seem to me that this price might not go above that for a long time.
