CVIA Thread:

Fellow CVIA Thread Members, I got a little aggrevated at the folks on the AOL board (probably for no reason--all a bunch of pump and dumpers), so I wrote them my opinion of the whole company in my opinion. Tell me what you think:

-------------------------
People, People

I might be underestimating some of you all's intelligence, but I think some of you did not even know what a reverse split was before it happened, and I personally think that "big word" scared some of you out of your money, I personally bought more of this stock...a bunch more, and probably some of you scared folk's shares... So I just wanted to send my compliments to you. I am not a hypester or a MM or nothing to do with CVIA/WOTD. I am just a teen, with a gut for winning or losing big time.

Here is my opinion of the situation:

Ok, we have a stock that is worth almost nothing ($500,000 in cash, and a few pieces of furntiure), and the stock price is almost nothing (.01-.008). The stock price is exactly right for what the company is worth...actually a little high. Now, this stock that is worth nothing, is all the sudden merging with this very profitable tire company (of which there are like 5 on the whole stock market!), then all the sudden the books that have been negative forever are all the sudden postivie with very nice numbers, and bam, we have a P/E, adding a lot of value to the company. There is only one way this price can go from the bottom...strait UP.

Now about the reverse split. If you were a true investor in the company and really beleived in them, you would be all for the reverse split....that gives us a full NASDAQ listing, plus broker ratings, and all kinds of nice goodies. Then when the price scoots nicely up and progresses and makes more money, then hey, what do you know, we have a normal split, thus increasing our shares...That is how I Think that they will work it.

Of course just my own opinions, take them for what they are worth.

Regards,

Fat Matt15

I hope this changes some of their minds and calms some of the true investors down and maybe it will help some of you see how I think. I forgot some of the things I wanted to say, so this is not my total opinion. Sorry about all of the postings today, I had to catch up!

Fatt Matt

P.S. I have a question:
In order to receive a NASDAQ listing, don't we have to have a share price of $4, a large amount of investors, and a certain amount of shares?

My gatherings=
Current price after reverse split= $3.00 (need to get to .01333)

Investors= not many, too many ppl selling and large true investors buying large percentages.

Shares= 390,000

Please tell me what I am missing or misunderstood. Thank you and stay optimistic.
