I have 12,000 shares of DCTC from 1.375 to 1.625.

Just curious: What the heck is a Damien?

Also, who is the El Grupo?

Not everyone has been in DCTC since 1997 (like myself).

**************************

Also, the CEO (and the Board) can control the DCTC share price.

First, he can stop all and any further dilution of the
Outstanding shares of DCTC.

Second, the company could purchase more shares.

Third, he could find one of these telecommunications contracts that companies like GNNX seem to find of a $60 million dollar nature.

I'm not saying he necessarily should do any or all of these things. But don't say the CEO is powerless when it comes down to stock price.

There really isn't a reason we should be trading at 1.40..

We were just recently trading at $2.00 and I see no reason not to get back to that level.

Good Trading!

<<<Debt financing isn't a fatality when you buy companies running in the black so at least corporate expansion isn't put on hold by the nonsense price of this stock.>>>>

Lou,

One interesting note along this line is that Joe has had a number of calls and meetings with financial institutions who would like to do business with DCI. A year ago that would never have happened and didn't. Yep, things have changed. As you so eloquently stated, we are not dealing with Mom and Pop operations any more.

Best Regards
