unless it open at 30 tomorrow in which case the thing goes back to frys.

chart says it's due for a large move...up or down, it does not say

but if it hits 30, I would think it's a screaming buy...with a close stop. It has hit 30 three times since Dec. and bounced off of it quickly, a good floor.

... my opinion is that much of the demonstrative government press is to parlay spending and tax initiatives through a very conservative national fiscal mindset. Timing can't be exact in this exercise but once the ball gets rolling, financials in Japan will move nicely.
