Anthony, I'm still bullish on ACTV too. I have great concerns about what we are doing at this point. Promotion, marketing and sales is the name of the game. We have got to get moving now. Look at what is going on in the industry, it is starting to move at a fast pace. IMO, we are falling behind. We should have a news release a week about our activities. We are an unknown entity in the business. If the system is not shook out by now we are in big trouble. By the look of things, investor perception is that we are in trouble. In this case, no news is bad news. The problem is even if we are in a 100% go situation, nobody is aware of this but the people at ACTV. We are making ourselves look bad so TCI can look good. Our stock has plummeted theirs has doubled. We may not pull out of this slump for a very long time. If we can't start up because of TCI policy and politics, we have to keep our name in front of the investing public until we can. We are not doing this. This is bad for all of us. This is all I have to say about this. We will all have to wait and see what ACTV's next move is. Most of us have no choice. Frank M Gorenstein
