But Eric, Don't they already have to be registered shareholders as of February 23, 1998 (according to the proxy statement). <<"Linda...it just means that those in the Press who want to cover the meeting will have to buy some shares. Say...Monday morning? ;-)" Michael

Hell, shareholders get only one of these per year. Press/analysts get four exclusive quarterly earnings conference calls to pry and poke -- in addition to conferences like Seybold, Developers, MacWorld, etc. Fair's fair. soup :@
