Although you will probably disagree, Mark, the PTEC/AWRD marriage may actually be good for SYSF, as I would think it would be in Intel's best interest to maintain some competition in the BIOS area...thus, Intel may be inclined to make sure SYSF doesn't go under by throwing some new bones their way. What do you think ??

PS: Have you been adding to your AOL short position ??
Is it time to short YHOO yet ??

Also, perhaps CYBR and SYSF could also merge and FirstAid could get rolled into SystemWizard...this could possibly also save the lawyers some money as all the CYBR and SYSF lawsuits could get rolled into one . Also, as a benefit, the new company probably wouldn't have to pay any income taxes for the next 15 or 20 years, thanks to all the losses SYSF and now CYBR have put on the books in recent quarters !!!!

Mark.
