Lew, probably depends on whether FTEL is already listed prior to the IPO. If not, then a more subdued price response to the FNet IPO is likely. If already listed, then it should see a better pop. But I doubt it will achieve full value quickly (plus $15 in your example).

I also expect it to be a heck of a lot higher by IPO time (maybe September?) anyway. Much of the FNet-related increase will be front loaded once more news hits and the IPO is formally priced and timing announced.

The only question is: Will we be rich or richer?

Bruce

Lew

There are many who will really flame on this one but That is exactly what the investment bankers and the street dos not want to happen.
The Drag on FNET should be kept to the very minimal. That way the backers of the IPO and FNET get full value for their investment. The only possible way that FTEL could benifet wpuld be in accordance with PAR.Prudent accounting rules. If their asset value increases because of their holdings and the street believe that there has not been any monkey crap going on"which already has reared its ugly face"Then its assets will probably still be minimal because the book per share value is still going to be far below what the high this year has been. The fact is untill FNET gets to about 35 dollars or so and If FTEL does not dilute anymore ,its stock or FNETs either before or after the ipo then we will be close to a 10 dollar stock.I'm covering a lot of losses here else where I just hope they don't find a way to screww this up.
