Benny -- re BOA/Nations -- Which way do you figure they'll jump?

A. Dump BOA's in-house billpay in CA and go 100% with CKFR?

B. Try to expand the in-house capability nationwide, now that they will have many, many more potential customers to absorb their sunk costs?

I'm just speculating here -- and always on the lookout for something that could trip up CKFR's seemingly airtight case for future growth.

I'm guessing CKFR will be the economically rational decision for the BOA/Nations entity. And Hugh McColl, the guy who thought up Integrion in the first place, will be running the show for at least the first three or four years. And I don't think they would be much of a competitor to CKFR, because what other bank would want to contract out billpay and e-bill business to the biggest bank in the country?

But it would be a blow just in terms of lost business. Besides, weak as they would be, they seem a more credible competitor to CKFR than MSFDC, because they have at least have a product.
