There are absolutely no political risks to Starr. The Clintonistas can't do anything they haven't done. My bet is that Starr is smiling because he has the biggest rat trapped. All the other Clintonista rats are definitely acting like that's true. Sure, the rat still running around the maze, but he's only getting closer to the inevitable disgrace when Starr dumps the evidence on him. What's really shocking is to see people allowing them to try to destroy Starr, who, as Sam Dash said, has erred far too much on the side of caution.
