He started that relationship eighteen months into their marriage, and told Gennifer he was unhappy sexually in the marriage. Duh. "My wife doesn't understand me." Yes. Married men who want to have affairs sometimes say these things. Women would be wise not to believe them, as they're almost never true. "Not really a babe?" My God! She was hopeless. I'm not sure Bill found her sexy; certainly he found her bright, and to his credit appreciated this quality. Rare in a man. Is Vanity Fair online? I'd be interested in reading the article...
