Censuring Bubba was mentioned a few months ago, and then dropped as not such a good idea. I always thought it had merit, but I seemed to be alone on this thread in this belief. I think that if Clinton becomes an unindicted coconspirator things could get extremely messy, and that he could still be forced to resign, however. A trial is out of the control of the White House to a large degree, and that is where it gets harder to manage the spin, although they are masters of the art.
