I actually use 55 day MA's as opposed to 13 day MA...

This is the closest Fibonacci number to a 13 week MA...

The 13 week MA differs from the 13 day MA because of the frequency of dropping the oldest data and adding new data...

I've been lurking for a short time, so I'm not sure of the criteria for stocks you are using, but I'd like to offer a stock to the thread and commend Jim for the tone he has set and everyone else for following his example. I bought TTILF on Thursday after seeing the volume surge. The buying continued strong yesterday, breaking through the 52-week high. The company has numerous new contracts and the last earnings release was very positive.
